Tuomo Kiesvaara is appointed as the CEO of Setera Oy from May 2nd, 2013. Tuomo is the founder of the company and currently a member of the board.
Tuomas Koljonen has informed he will be moving to another company. Setera Group's EBITDA turned positive in the last quarter of 2012. I thank Tuomas for his work to build corporate operations at Setera. Setera has evolved into an innovative operator for corporations, which leverages opportunities of the IP world without limits and offers to its entrepreneur customers tools for cost efficient method of operation domestically as well as in export operations. Tuomo's task is to crystalize customer value proposition and help the company to grow says chairman of the board Juho Lipsanen.
I am enthusiastic to accept the position. To spread Setera's service concept across the whole Finland is an interesting task, says Tuomo Kiesvaara.

Telecoms solutions provider Setera Communications' directed share issue was completed. In the investment round, Setera raised its share capital by 1.5 million euros. All current owners of the company subscribed new shares in proportion to their existing ownership. The successful investment round enables Setera to continue its strong growth.
"During its five years of operation, Setera has grown significantly each year. We're looking for strong growth in the future, as well. In 2012, we aim to geographically expand our sales network by, for example, opening up new sales channels in domestic growth centres. We're now mapping out potential partners. Juho Lipsanen (M.Sc., Econ.) has been appointed to become the new Setera Communications Chairman of the Board.
Previously Mr. Lipsanen has worked as CEO of TeliaSonera Finland. Before his career in TeliaSonera he was the CEO of Alma Media Corporation, a Finnish media house. He has an extensive experience of operator business and media field. In addition he has a solid insight into the communication needs of corporations, including the underlying technology requirements.

Suomeen uusi kuluttaja-asiakkaisiin keskittyvä palveluoperaattori. GSM ja mobiili VoIP uuden toimijan keihäänkärkinä.
Setera on solminut monivuotisen palveluoperaattori- ja yhteistyösopimuksen Finora Oy:n kanssa. Finoran GSM käyttää Suomessa ja ulkomailla Seteran verkkotoimittaja DNA:n GSM-, 3G-/ HSDPA-verkkoja sekä mobiiliverkkoresursseja. Finoran palveluihin kuuluva Finoran asiakkaiden välillä ilmainen Finora mVoIP palvelu käyttää Internettiä sekä Seteran modernia VoIP palvelualustaa liikenteen yhdistämisessä ja tilaajatilien hallinnoinnissa. Lisäksi Setera toimittaa Finoralle liittymäasiakkaiden laskutukseen ja asiakkuuksien hallinnointiin liittyviä järjestelmäkokonaisuuksia. Read more about
